Thanks to the mutual respect and cooperation existing amongst the working group, Habitations Laurendeau succeeded in implementing a team of builders who are in touch with their clients and extremely proud of the quality of their products. Their passion for well-done work allowed them to win the Domus Prize in 2007 and 2008. This award is exclusively reserved to APCHQ members-Montréal Metropolitain area, and represents expertise in residential construction and renovation. The enterprise is also the proud owner of the Master Builder Diamond Award; the highest honour awarded for excellence by the APCHQ.

Until now, the father and his two sons carried out over thirty projects in the Montreal area such as: le Faubourg Contrecoeur, les cours Valois, les terrasses Desjardins, le 2140 Aylwin, le 4040 La Fontaine and many more since the past 30 years.
